This project highlights commercial design for a technology company. With a base floor plan provided we chose a company to study and develop a new area that incorporated all their needs. I chose Tyler Technologies, a government software company that works in the pubic sector. My goal was to create a space that satisfies Tyler Technologies’ need to collaborate, promote problem solving and work productively. Through the use of central huddle and conference rooms, combination work space design and color theory I created an office that is fit for the engineering/developing and analytics teams. Through my combined used of Revit, Enscape and AutoCAD (with finishing touches in photoshop) I was able to create all the construction documents, renderings and developing ideas.
